Master

I am not a robot,

but everyday,

you try to make me become one.

Try to pull me away,

from being here and present.

Focused on myself,

my happiness.

Instead,

my eyes are glued

to my iPhone.

Time passing me by,

and before I know it,

it's 2055

Realizing my life was no thrill.

A competition of trying to be,

the best at material success.

All this competing is an illusion.

Forgetting this tech are for tools,

and they are not meant for fools.

Because one day,

we may be,

lost in space,

Tech will be the new master,

of the human race...
